Week 6, Term 1

Another busy week has flown by in Renwick 3!

During writing time we often use the white boards to practise our writing. We have been working very hard on forming our letters correctly. This is important because it helps us write faster! We can already beat Neroli writing lots of words we know!

This week Ruzgar read us one of his favourite books. We really enjoyed it because the King got flown into the air. We had a good giggle.

Discovery Time is always so much fun! After Ruzgar read us his book we thought about how we could be tossed into the air and what we might need to land safely. A parachute seemed like a very good idea so we attempted to make our own out of old plastic bags and string. We used old crayons to weight it down.

Next week...

Our sounds will be m/d.
Our tricky words will be we/see.
During maths we are working on ordering numbers.
Parent/Teacher meetings are next week. If you have not made a booking please come and see me so we can arrange a time.
On Wednesday we have our trip to the Suter. If you are free and able to come with us I would very much appreciate it.

Have a happy and safe week!
