Week 7, Term 1

This week we went to the Suter Art Gallery. We walked through the Queens Gardens and had a lovely surprise when we spotted a mother duck and her ducklings. We stopped to watch and admire them for a while. Upon arriving at the Suter Esther the teacher met us outside. After a quick chat we went inside quietly. We had a wonderful time looking at lots of really colourful paintings. We got to make our own by selecting similar coloured pastels.

A big thank you to all the parents who were able to come to Parent/Teacher interviews. I really enjoyed sharing your child's progress with you. I appreciate your support.

During maths we are looking at the number before and after a given number (1-20).
On Wednesday and Thursday we have hockey skills coaching sessions at 9am at the front field. The children will cover the very basics and have some fun.
